Family Nurse Practitioner

The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive healthcare services within hospital inpatient units, focusing on delivering high-quality family-centered care. This role requires expertise in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of a variety of conditions across all ages, ensuring effective treatment plans and patient education within a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and health assessments of patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Document patient history and clinical findings accurately
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as appropriate

Preferred Qualifications
