Bookeeper Office Manager

The Bookkeeper Office Manager will oversee financial record-keeping and administrative operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and smooth office management. This role entails managing invoices, payroll, and office supplies while supporting a small team of 2-5 members. The ideal candidate will utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks and produce monthly internal financial reports without the need for travel, exercising autonomy in day-to-day task decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
• Oversee office operations and supplies management
• Process invoices and handle accounts payable/receivable
• Administer payroll and payroll processing
• Maintain accurate record keeping and financial documentation
• Prepare monthly internal financial reports
• Coordinate and support a small team of 2-5 members

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and payroll processing software
• Experience managing accounts payable and receivable
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective communication abilities
• Small famly-owned buisness
• Part-time with option for full-time On-site
• Standard work days are M-F 6 AM-2:30 PM. Part time option is 3 days per week.
