- Must have at least 2 years of experience performing EKGs.
- Fast learner, reliable, punctual, and able to move quickly in a busy clinic environment.
- Able to work a 9-hour shift: 7:50 AM – 6:10 PM (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri).
- Available every other Saturday: 6:50 AM – 12:15 PM.
- Full-time schedule, with one weekday off.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist patients and visitors warmly, professionally, and with care.

- Clean and prepare exam rooms and ensure the clinic is always neat and organized.
- Verify patient information and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Update patient H&P in the EMR for every visit.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information — personal, medical, and financial.
- Ensure treatment information is filed properly (both paper and electronic).
- Keep a daily productivity log using Excel: track patients seen, time spent, visit types, and daily charges to document production.
- Call, text, or email patients for reminders, no-shows, or management requests.
- Assist the provider with medical and aesthetic procedures, including weight-loss injections and basic exams.
- Ensure labs, reports, and charts are complete and ready before the patient arrives.
- Educate and promote our services — be knowledgeable about each service so you can answer patient questions confidently.
- Review all documentation before calling the provider into the room.
- Follow clinic policies and procedures and report any needed changes.
- Work efficiently with staff to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room use.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude — you represent the face of the clinic.
