Part-Time Job Coach/Caregiver (Community-Based Day Program)

MacKenzie Community Day Program is currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Part-Time Job Coach to work with adults with developmental disabilities in a community-based setting.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to adults with developmental disabilities

• Support individuals in community integration activities including:

  • Parks

  • Library

  • Mall

  • Pavilion

  • Target, Walmart, and other local outings

• Encourage independence, social skills, and positive behavior

• Ensure the safety and well-being of participants at all times

• Assist with daily documentation and progress notes

• Drive program participants in a company or personal vehicle (if applicable)

Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor

• Reliable transportation and valid California Driver’s License

• Clean driving record

• Must pass background clearance

• CPR/First Aid
