- Shift starts at 12:00 midnight to 6:30am
- Assist individuals with daily living skills (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)
- Monitor and document health, nutrition, and safety
Provides residential care for individuals with disabilities.
Ensuring safety, hygiene, and comfort for the individual through the night.
Medication reminders.
Monitoring an individual while he sleeps.
Performing safety checks.
Cleaning, laundry, and assisting with morning routines.
Prepare individual for Day Program including showers, grooming and breakfast.
Documentation after the shift is over.
