About Black Creek Transport

At Black Creek Transport, we value our drivers as the backbone of our operation. We don't just offer jobs; we invest in long-term careers. We are currently looking for reliable, safety-minded Class A CDL drivers to join our growing regional fleet. If you want a company that respects your time at home and is willing to invest in your professional growth, you’ve found the right place.

The Opportunity: We Pay for Your Hazmat Endorsement!

We are expanding our specialized freight services and need drivers with a Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.

Don't have your Hazmat endorsement yet? No problem. Black Creek Transport is proud to offer a fully paid training and endorsement program. We will cover the costs and guide you through the process to upgrade your credentials while you earn.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay: Pay is based on percentage of gross income of the truck. We also pay an hourly wage if delayed for detention.

  • Home Every Weekend: We respect your work-life balance. Get your miles in during the week and be home with your family for the weekend.

  • Paid Training & Endorsement: We cover the background checks, fingerprinting, and testing fees for your Hazmat endorsement.

  • Modern Fleet: Drive well-maintained, late-model trucks equipped with the latest safety technology.

  • Bonuses: Safety, performance, and clean inspection bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a commercial semi-truck and trailer combination in a regional network.

  • Transport and deliver freight (including hazardous materials once trained and licensed) efficiently and on schedule.

  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

  • Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELDs) and compliance documentation.

  • Adhere strictly to all DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience (preferred, but we will consider promising candidates).

  • Clean Record: A safe driving record with no recent major violations or preventable accidents.

  • Hazmat Readiness: Must be willing and legally eligible to obtain a Hazardous Materials endorsement (pass the background check and written test) within the first [insert timeframe, e.g., 30 to 60 days] of employment.

  • Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to safety.
