Responsibilities
- EXPERIENCE WITH SPEAKING WITH LABS AND CHART PREPARATION AND HOME HEALTH SERVICES
- Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates to support diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort throughout their visit
- Support clinical procedures including medication administration, wound care and basic life support (BLS) when necessary.
- Manage medical documentation with precision, including ICD coding for diagnoses and maintaining detailed patient records.
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing questions, coordinating appointments.
