Inventory Specialist

Dedicated Personnel is hiring for an Inventory Specialist starting immediately!

SHIFT: 10AM-6PM

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain inventory records accurately.

• Work with SKU numbers and inventory tracking systems.

• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, adding stock to POS system

• Organize inventory to ensure accurate storage and easy accessibility.

• Maintain a clean and organized inventory area.

• Ensure a high level of accuracy with data entry and inventory documentation.

• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.

• Communicate effectively with team members regarding inventory discrepancies or shortages.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Comfortable working with numbers, SKU codes, and inventory software.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
