Clinical Supervisor LISAC, LPC
Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for providing general mental health and substance use counseling, clinical supervision, and case management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Required Independent license in good stand with Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Demonstrate leadership ability with excellent writing and communication and group facilitation skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling more than 100 pounds, and requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, and typing. Good visual and auditory acuity as well as good manual dexterity and the ability to be readily understood are essential.
JOB RELATED FUNCTIONS:
Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related functions
1. Assess and develop patient centered treatment plans including progress notes.
2. Review and sign off on BHT assessments and treatment plans.
3. Coordinate services with providers.
4. Maintain an active case load.

We have several clinics throughout the valley. We are an Outpatient Substance Abuse Clinic (Medication Assisted Treatment) and Integrated Health Care Provider. We are looking for a team for our Health Home clinic
