Department Supervisor -- 1st Shift

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM, Monday–Friday
• Pay: $20+/hour based on experience
• Team size: 3–4 direct reports

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead a small production team, setting the standard for quality, accuracy, and accountability on every job
• Ensure hardware counts are consistently correct and operators are meeting quality expectations
• Stay one step ahead — gather work orders, parts, and materials to keep the next job ready to go
• Maintain organized hardware inventory and keep stock counts accurate and up to date
• Read and interpret blueprints to verify hardware requirements before work begins

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable in a production environment
• Strong attention to detail — you catch things others miss, and you care about getting it right
• Excellent organizational skills; you can manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• Ability to read and work from blueprints or technical drawings
• Clear, respectful communication — you work well with people at all levels
• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related environment is a plus, but not required
