Matt Castrucci Automall is seeking qualified service advisors to join our rapidly growing service departments. Seeking applicants with 2+ years experience in a new car dealership, we are looking for the best of the best. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus, customer relations are paramount. Responsibilities:

• Answer service calls

• Set and confirm appointments

• Write repair orders

• Work between the technician and customer

• Assist your client through the service process

• Work with warranty company to ensure proper warranty processing and disclosure
