- Medical Claims Processor with Excellent Customer Service Skills
A working knowledge of medical billing and coding is desirable.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent customer service and communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
The Medical Claims Processor position requires the ability to review, analyze and research healthcare insurance claims in order to verify pricing, confirm plan benefits and process the claim for payment. The position will require the ability to effectively communicate via phone and electronically with members and healthcare providers.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) in-office position with excellent benefits. This position is in our Kalamazoo office.
