Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, service-oriented General Service Technician to join our busy tire shop. As a Technician, you will provide excellent customer service by identifying the needs of our customers. . You’ll inspect and install tires and perform other tire-related tasks, such as tire rotation and balancing.
Responsibilities
- Provide tire inspection to ensure safety and driveability
- Perform tire rotations and balancing
- Follow the safety procedures set forth by the company
- Answer customer inquiries and provide stellar customer service
Qualifications
- Some professional experience removing and installing tires is preferred
- Customer service-oriented to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
