- identifies and reconciles discrepancies
- reconciles amounts applied on account
- ensures timely collection payments
- maintains accurate records and reports
- refers overdue accounts to supervisor
- prepares Aging reports and month end reports
- performs other duties as assigned
- responsible for daily workflow
