1:1 Support Staff - Youth Behavioral Support (Direct Care)

Location: Baltimore and Surrounding Counties
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Salary Range: $17 - $20 per hour
Experience Required: 1-2 years working with youth or behavioral health

About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate 1:1 Support Staff to provide direct supervision and emotional support for youth in out-of-home care. Your role will be to de-escalate conflicts, encourage positive behavior, and ensure a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

'14;️ Supervise and support youth on a 1:1 basis.
'14;️ Use crisis de-escalation techniques and positive reinforcement.
'14;️ Assist with daily activities, social engagement, and behavior coaching.
'14;️ Maintain daily reports and service documentation.
'14;️ Ensure youth safety and follow mandated reporting guidelines.

Requirements:

21+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
High School Diploma/GED + 2 years experience OR
Associate’s degree + 1 year experience in human services.
Certified or willing to complete training in: Crisis Intervention, First Aid & CPR.
Background check required.
