Location: Wayne County (Westland, Garden City, Canton, Livonia, Novi, Inkster, Dearborn Heights, Plymouth)
Job Type: Full‐Time / Part‐Time Pay: $16–$22/hr depending on experience + performance bonuses

Position Overview
We are hiring dependable Landscaping Laborers to assist with daily grounds maintenance and project work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in clean results, and wants consistent hours with a company that is scaling.
Responsibilities
Perform lawn maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, blowing
Assist with mulch installation, bed edging, and seasonal cleanups
Shrub trimming and basic plant care
Load/unload equipment and maintain a clean work area
Follow safety procedures and operate equipment responsibly
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Represent the company professionally on client properties
Requirements
Reliable transportation to job sites or meet‐up points
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Experience with commercial mowers, trimmers, or blowers is a plus
Must be punctual, respectful, and able to follow direction
