Job Description
Room and Board (RRB)
Maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment in accordance with licensing standards
Assist members with personal care (e.g., hygiene, dressing, toileting) as needed
Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to individual dietary needs and posted menus
Perform housekeeping tasks (e.g., laundry, sweeping, bathroom sanitation)
Support with medication reminders and health-related appointments under supervision
Maintain compliance with agency fire drills, emergency procedures, and infection control
Accurately complete daily documentation, shift notes, and communication logs
Habilitation (HAB)
Implement member-specific Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and behavior strategies
Support members in developing ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and social/recreational skills
Encourage community integration through outings and skill-building opportunities
Use teachable moments to reinforce independence, communication, and coping skills
Participate in ISP meetings, staff trainings, and team communication
Monitor, document, and report progress, incidents, and changes in behavior
