Cabinet Shop Team Member (Entry-Level to Experienced)
Location: Carol stream, IL
Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time considered)

We are a growing cabinet shop specializing in custom cabinetry and woodworking projects. We take pride in quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and creating a positive work environment. We are currently seeking motivated individuals at all skill levels, from entry-level helpers to experienced cabinet makers, to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary based on experience level, but may include:
- Assisting with cabinet construction, assembly, and installation
- Operating woodworking machinery such as table saws, panel saws, sanders, and CNC equipment (training provided if needed)
- Measuring, cutting, sanding, and assembling cabinet components
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings and plans (experienced roles)
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Supporting finishing, hardware installation, and quality control
- Following safety guidelines and shop procedures
Experience Levels
We are hiring for multiple experience levels:
Entry-Level / Shop Helper
- No experience required
- Willingness to learn and strong work ethic
- Ability to use basic hand tools or learn quickly
Skilled / Experienced Cabinet Maker
- Previous cabinet shop or woodworking experience
- Ability to work independently on projects
- Experience with machinery, layout, and assembly
- Ability to read drawings and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
