Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a medium-sized restaurant team, typically ranging from 11 to 30 staff members. Your role is pivotal in ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and smooth operational flow. You will lead efforts in inventory control, employee training, scheduling, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high performance and morale
• Oversee inventory control to optimize stock and reduce waste
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve conflicts effectively
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Conduct training and development programs for team members
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
• Address and resolve conflicts within staff and with customers promptly

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
