Moving Team Leader

The Moving Team Leader will oversee small teams of 3-5 members to coordinate and execute residential and commercial moves efficiently and safely. This role involves planning routes, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining clear communication with customers to deliver a high-quality moving experience within local and regional areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate moving teams of 3-5 members
• Plan and optimize moving routes for residential and commercial relocations
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve issues
• Identify and solve problems during the moving process
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance throughout each move

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in moving and logistics
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Proven team leadership skills
• Strong customer service abilities
