Café Bohème is a European-inspired café serving breakfast, lunch, specialty coffee, fresh juices, and weekend brunch.

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Shift Lead to support daily operations and help lead the team on the floor.

This role is for someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and follows through consistently.

• Support and help run front-of-house operations during service

• Keep service smooth, organized, and efficient

• Monitor food and drink presentation

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of FOH and storage

• Train and support team members

• Communicate clearly and report issues in real time

• Assist with inventory, ordering, and basic admin tasks

• Is dependable and follows through without constant reminders

• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Communicates clearly and stays solution-focused

• Leads by example and supports the team

• Need frequent follow-up to complete tasks

• Prefer debating decisions instead of executing

• Struggle with consistency or accountability

• Previous café or restaurant experience required

• Leadership or shift lead experience preferred

• Flexible availability including mornings - weekends are a MUST
