Responsibilities:
- Safely operate fuel delivery trucks while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Deliver fuel oil to residential and commercial customers in a timely manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on delivery vehicles.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer records.
- Provide outstanding customer service and address customer inquiries on-site.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or safety issues immediately.
- Assist with loading and unloading fuel oil as necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training and safety meetings.
- Valid CDL with tank and Hazmat endorsements (Commercial Driver's License) with a clean driving record.
- Valid Medical Card
- Per Employment Drug test
- Experience in fuel delivery or similar driving roles preferred.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in fuel handling.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
