Home Service Technician - Home Maintenance Specialist - Handyman
Job Description
Pay: $18–$24/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Mon–Fri, some Saturdays required depending on demand
Location: Omaha metro area
The Role
You'll complete hands-on home service work in customers' homes and represent Surv with professionalism. This job is perfect for someone who likes fixing things, working independently, and leaving a home better than they found it.
What You'll Do
Complete small repairs, installs, and home upkeep jobs
Communicate clearly with customers and your team
Keep your job sites clean, safe, and professional
Follow quality and safety standards
Document job notes/photos as required
What We're Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in customer homes
Able to lift up to 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet
Basic tools experience (or willingness to learn)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Comfortable passing a background check
