Recruitment Specialist

Recruiter – Heating & Cooling Company

We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our growing heating and cooling company. This position reports directly to the Owner and plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization.

Position Details

• Full-time, in-office position
• Location: Edison, New Jersey
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Present and review qualified resumes directly with the Owner
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers
• Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress
• Utilize various recruiting platforms and networking strategies to attract top talent

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
• Proven track record of successful hiring and talent acquisition
• Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
