Job Description:

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients from their initial consultation through their treatment journey. You will work closely with our periodontists and administrative staff to coordinate and manage patient treatment plans, handle financial arrangements, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Coordination: Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring they understand their treatment options and the associated procedures.
Treatment Planning: Work with periodontists to develop and present personalized treatment plans to patients, clearly explaining procedures, expected outcomes, and benefits.
Financial Management: Assist patients with financial arrangements, including insurance verification, payment plans, and billing inquiries. Ensure transparency and clarity in all financial communications.
