About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and flexible General Labor Associate to support daily warehouse and operational activities. This team member will assist in box production, order picking, loading/unloading, and local deliveries. The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual who is willing to jump into different tasks wherever support is needed.
Forklift experience is a strong plus, and Class C driving experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with box production and packaging operations
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Deliver orders using company vehicles when assigned
- Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Support different departments and operational tasks as needed
- Follow company safety procedures and work instructions
- Assist teammates to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
- 2year + Forklift experience is a plus
- Valid Class C driver license and delivery driving experience is highly preferred
- Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy materials
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and assist in multiple roles
- Basic communication and problem-solving skills
