Santa Monica LiveWell Dentistry is a modern, high-tech practice on Wilshire Blvd led by Dr. Khanideh and Dr. Pouyan. We're growing and looking for a sharp, driven communicator to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator — with a clear path to leadership for the right person.

What you'll do:

• Walk patients through personalized treatment plans with clarity and confidence
• Help patients understand their financial options and insurance benefits
• Partner with our clinical team to keep care moving and patients saying yes
• Build lasting relationships that keep patients coming back

What we're looking for:

• Strong communicator who connects easily with people
• Experience in optometry, healthcare, sales, hospitality, or similar — dental experience a plus but not required
• Natural ability to explain options and guide decisions without pressure
• Organized, reliable, and ready to grow
• Leadership potential — we promote from within
