CHEF/ LINE COOK / Prep Cook/ Back of the house

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and fast paced line cook to join our tight-knit kitchen team. This position is available for immediate start.

Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Hours vary between 6am and 4pm *PERMANENT SET SCHEDULE - Shifts do NOT rotate or change weekly. Must be available to work every Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities:
Cooking in a small but fast paced kitchen
Preparing all food items according to our standards.
Daily Prep Work
Daily opening or closing work
Side work and kitchen organization
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety at all times
Working efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch rushes

Requirements:
Prior experience as a cook or chef
Must be reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Willingness to prep food, wash dishes or any other duties to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Team-Oriented attitude
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Must be able to start immediately, and be available to work every Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.
