Key Responsibilities
Client & Policy Administration
· Maintain and update client files, policy records, and certificates of insurance.
· Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals in the agency management system.
· Issue certificates of insurance (COIs) and auto ID cards upon request.
· Assist with binding coverage and submitting applications to carriers.

· Respond to routine coverage questions and direct complex matters to licensed staff.

· Support producers and account managers with submissions, proposals, and renewal packages.
· Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
· Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate with carriers and underwriters.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of administrative or insurance industry experience preferred.
- Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain.
- Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
