Warehouse Associate (Order Picking)

We're hiring a Warehouse Associate to help keep orders moving at our Raleigh facility. We buy, sell, and ship industrial automation equipment, and we're looking for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a team that gets the job done.

This is a fast-paced order picking position where you'll spend most of your day on your feet using a scanner and picking cart to locate, pull, and move inventory throughout the warehouse. You'll be working with everything from small components to larger, heavier products, making sure the right items get to the right place at the right time.

****This is not a sit-down forklift job. You'll be walking the aisles, sorting through inventory bins, using a straddle jack for heavier palletized items, and occasionally traveling between buildings to retrieve products. If you like staying busy and don't mind warehouse heat, this could be a great fit.

Pay: $18-$19/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Raleigh, NC

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Use a handheld scanner and picking cart to fill customer orders
• Locate and retrieve inventory from shelves, racks, and bins
• Verify serialized inventory and maintain order accuracy
• Move inventory between warehouse locations and buildings
• Operate a straddle jack for heavier palletized products
• Enter inventory information into warehouse systems
• Use scanners and warehouse software to maintain accurate records
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy

What were seeking:

• 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, order picking, shipping, or related experience
• Experience using scanners, inventory systems, or warehouse software
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Ability to work at a fast pace without sacrificing quality
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in warehouse heat
• Reliable transportation and a solid work history
• Dependable team player with a strong work ethic

Bonus Points

• Experience with RF scanners and order picking
• Experience with warehouse management or shipping software
• Experience operating a straddle jack or similar equipment
• Experience handling serialized or high-value inventory
