Early Childhood Teacher

· Create a fun, loving, and nurturing environment that children look forward to every day and parents love leaving their children!

· Greet arriving children, help them remove outwear, and select activities of interest to them.

· Establish clear objectives for all lessons and projects

· Organize and leads activities designed to promote development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, and storytelling

· Observe and evaluate children’s performance, behavior, and social development.

· Participate in staff development activities, parent education, and parent involvement activities.

· Meet with parents/guardians to discuss their children’s progress and needs and suggest ways that they can promote learning and development.

· Enforce all administration policies and rules governing students.

· Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations.
