We are currently hiring in shop as well as field service technicians for our Lubbock and Brownfield stores. We are a small family owned company with three locations that provide Kubota equipment to construction, ag, and consumer customers. Our compensation plan includes a flat hourly rate plus an uncapped quarterly bonus based on billable dollars.
