CREW MEMBER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.

· Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.

· Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.

· Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations.

· Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café.

· Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.

· Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
