Driver & Technician Helper – Furniture Disassembly/Assembly Services
Location: Tri-State Area (NY/NJ/CT)
Employment Type: Commission-Based
Travel: Local Tri-State + occasional out-of-state day/overnight trips
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Driver & Helper to join our team. In this role, you will support our technicians with furniture disassembly and assembly services. The position is commission-based, with pay tied to completed jobs. Full training will be provided (1–2 months).
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable driving, and can communicate with customers in English.
Responsibilities
Drive company vehicle to job sites across the Tri-State area
Assist technicians with furniture disassembly, assembly, and moving tasks
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition
Support occasional out-of-state service trips (day or overnight)
Requirements
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Basic English speaking skills (to communicate with customers)
Physically able to lift and handle furniture
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
Open to traveling outside the Tri-State area occasionally
Compensation
Commission-based pay per job
Paid training period (1–2 months)
