We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead the culinary program of a high-volume, upscale restaurant in Austin. This is an outstanding opportunity for a creative, hands-on culinary leader with a strong background in elevated dining, scratch cooking, and high-performing kitchen operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead all culinary and BOH operations for a high-volume fine-dining restaurant
• Develop, mentor, and inspire a talented culinary leadership and hourly team
• Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, consistency, presentation, and execution
• Oversee food cost, labor, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and waste management
• Drive menu execution, seasonal development, and culinary innovation
• Maintain rigorous sanitation, safety, and kitchen organization standards
• Partner with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, sales, and profitability
• Build a positive, accountable kitchen culture focused on excellence and development

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of senior culinary leadership experience
• Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience in upscale kitchens
• Experience managing high-volume, scratch-kitchen operations
• Strong financial acumen with proven success managing food and labor costs
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain culinary talent
• Strong understanding of premium ingredients, technique, presentation, and elevated dining standards
• Passionate, hands-on leadership style with a commitment to culinary excellence
