Member Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Member Experience & Communication

• Create a welcoming and engaging environment for all guests and members.

• Assist with member billing issues, membership freezes/cancellations, and general account support.

• Help educate new members and guests on open play, court reservations, programs, and club policies.

• Answer phones, respond to emails and route communications appropriately.

• Collaborate with coaches and staff to confirm lesson payments and answer member inquiries.

Operations & Administration

• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and professional at all times.

• Monitor inventory levels of and notify manager for reorder.

• Follow and help enforce all club policies, cleaning checklists, and operating procedures.
  
  What We’re Looking For:

• Skills & Experience

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness/recreation facilities preferred.
• Clear communicator with a friendly, energetic personality and strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic administrative tools (spreadsheets, email platforms, booking systems).
• Interest or basic understanding of pickleball (training provided if needed).

• Ideal Qualities

• Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and handles member concerns with professionalism.
• Team player who keeps lines of communication open between departments.
• Self-starter who takes initiative to improve processes and enhance the member experience.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with variable traffic levels.

• Schedule & Compensation:

• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and special events.
• Compensation based on experience with opportunities for advancement.
• Training and pickleball education provided for the right candidate.
