- Dishwashing & Sanitization : Operating commercial dishwashers and thoroughly cleaning specialized serving ware, heavy woks and sharp Japanese knives.
- Station Maintenance : Sweeping floors, taking out the trash, managing waste, and ensuring the dish pit and sushi line stay highly organized and sanitary.
