Job Description
The Comfort Advisor plays a critical role in assisting customers during in-home visits by providing expert advice on HVAC systems. Working within a small team, the advisor offers advanced technical expertise blended with strong interpersonal skills to recommend the most suitable products and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations during in-home visits to assess comfort needs
- Provide tailored product recommendations based on HVAC system knowledge
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust and rapport
- Perform follow-up communication to maintain customer relationships
- Manage accurate documentation for sales and customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service
- 3+ years of HVAC experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- In-depth product knowledge of HVAC systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills for customer interaction
- Attention to detail in documentation and follow-up
