Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Mexican dishes, including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and more, according to established recipes and standards.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen, ensuring all orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and rotating stock as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine and traditional cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to food quality and presentation.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
