Full-Time or Part-Time | $24–$26/hr (DOE)
Are you a motivated, goal-oriented professional with a talent for connecting with people? We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our growing team!
What You'll Do:
As a key member of our team, your primary focus will be generating appointments for our sales team by:
- Researching and identifying potential clients
- Making outbound sales calls and following up on leads
- Qualifying prospects and presenting our services
- Scheduling meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective marketing plans
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with cold calling or lead generation is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
