Assisted Living Caregiver – Day & Night Shifts | Pearland & Pasadena
Everywhere Is Home Assisted Living Communities is growing, and we are hiring multiple caregivers for our Pearland and Pasadena locations.
We are looking for compassionate, dependable, hardworking caregivers who genuinely enjoy caring for seniors and take pride in providing excellent care.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
- 12-hour day shifts
- 12-hour night shifts
- Full-time and part-time opportunities
- Pearland and Pasadena locations
- Limited live-in caregiver opportunity with employer-provided housing available for the right candidate

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES
As a caregiver, you will help residents remain safe, comfortable and well cared for. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and personal hygiene
- Providing incontinence care while maintaining resident dignity and privacy
- Assisting with transfers, mobility and repositioning
- Assisting residents with meals, feeding and hydration
- Providing medication assistance in accordance with facility policies and requirements
- Observing residents for changes in condition and promptly reporting concerns
- Completing accurate shift notes and resident documentation
- Responding promptly to resident needs and requests
- Engaging residents in conversation, activities and meaningful interaction
- Preparing and assisting with meals
- Laundry and light housekeeping
- Maintaining a clean, organized and comfortable home
- Following resident care plans, safety procedures, infection-control practices and privacy requirements
- Communicating professionally with residents, families, coworkers, management and healthcare providers
- Working together with the care team to ensure residents receive consistent, compassionate care

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Understand that caregiving includes both direct resident care and helping maintain the home
- Want to work somewhere where dependable, high-performing caregivers are valued
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, home health, hospice, nursing homes, hospitals or private-duty caregiving is preferred.
CNA certification is welcomed but not required.
Applicants must be able to meet applicable employment, background, training and physical requirements for working in an assisted living environment.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are essential.
SCHEDULING
Our primary schedules consist of 12-hour shifts, with both day and night opportunities available.
Candidates should indicate their preference for:
Pearland or Pasadena
Day Shift, Night Shift or Either
Full-Time or Part-Time
LIVE-IN OPPORTUNITY
We may also have a limited live-in caregiver opportunity with employer-provided housing available for a qualified candidate.
