Harold’s Chicken & Sports Bar | Houston, TX

PRG Hospitality is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Floor Manager to join the leadership team at Harold’s Chicken & Sports Bar in Houston.

We’re looking for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, knows how to lead from the floor, and understands the importance of strong service, team accountability, and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and floor execution
• Lead, coach, and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
• Maintain strong hospitality, service, cleanliness, and presentation standards
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, opening, closing, and shift management
• Monitor guest experience and quickly resolve service concerns
• Support training and development of new and existing team members
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed
• Work closely with senior management to achieve sales, service, and operational goals
• Maintain a positive, professional, and accountable team culture

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant, sports bar, lounge, or nightlife environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to confidently manage busy shifts and multiple priorities
• Strong guest-recovery and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the Houston hospitality market and local community is a plus
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Motivated to grow into greater leadership opportunities within PRG Hospitality
