We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pest Control Applicator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, applying pest control treatments safely and effectively, and providing excellent customer service to residential and commercial clients.

  • Perform inspections to identify pest infestations and potential problem areas.
  • Apply pesticides, insecticides, rodenticides, and other treatment methods according to state regulations and company standards.
  • Explain treatment plans, preventative measures, and service recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
  • Operate and maintain application equipment and company vehicle.
  • Follow all safety procedures, environmental regulations, and label instructions.
  • Conduct follow-up visits to monitor treatment effectiveness.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and address concerns promptly.
  • Experience or knowledge in pest control techniques and products
  • Familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture practices
  • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and land management equipment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for safe transportation between sites
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
  • Good physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
  • Basic understanding of sales principles is a plus for client interactions
  • NJ Pest Applicator License

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Pest Control Applicator License (preferred; training may be provided for qualified candidates).
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous pest control, landscaping, construction, or related field experience is a plus.
