Light Construction / Maintenance Technician

Ogden & Company, Inc. is looking for a Light Construction Technician to support our growing workload.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in the following areas:

• Window and door installation and repair
• Tile work
• Cabinet installation
• Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, etc.)
• Drywall repair and finishing
• Interior painting

This role will focus on residential and light-commercial maintenance and construction projects, so versatility and the ability to work independently are important.

• Ability to manage a job from start to finish with minimal oversight
• Professional communication with clients when on-site
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Experience with Quality workmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail, as well as alignment with our team-focused approach.
