Optometric Technician Responsibilities can include, but not limited to:
- Answering calls/texts in a professional manner
- Verifying medical/vision insurance plans
- Performing preliminary optometric tests
- Obtaining patient medical history
- Maintaining a clean work environment
Qualifications
- Excellent patient care skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software
- Experience in retail sales is a plus
