We are seeking a bilingual Demands & Liens Administrative Assistant to support our settlement and lien resolution teams. This role serves as a vital administrative partner responsible for supporting client communication, settlement processing, disbursement reviews, adjuster correspondence, and case management tasks that help move files efficiently toward resolution.


What you will be doing:

  • Assist the Demands and Liens teams with daily administrative and operational support
  • Communicate with clients regarding settlement-related matters and case updates
  • Review financial disbursements for accuracy prior to processing
  • Coordinate with the Accounting Department regarding settlement funds and disbursements
  • Submit completed cases to Accounting for processing and final review
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding settlement releases, checks, and outstanding documentation
  • Track settlement checks, releases, and related correspondence to ensure timely resolution
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate case information within CasePeer
  • Assist with the preparation and mailing of settlement checks and related documents
  • Maintain organized electronic case files and detailed case notes
  • Support department reporting, documentation, and workflow management


What we’re looking for:

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy and professionalism
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Prior experience in a law firm, insurance company, medical office, or professional administrative setting preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Must be good with numbers
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent customer service skills: must be comfortable speaking with difficult clients and de-escalation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
  • Experience with CasePeer or other case management software is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor
