What You'll Do

• Close sales from a mix of company-provided appointments and leads you generate yourself
• Visit customers on-site across Middle Tennessee to assess tree care needs and recommend solutions
• Own the customer experience from first contact through project completion and invoice collection
• Coordinate with our crews to ensure jobs run smoothly and customers stay happy
• Work some Saturdays based on seasonal demand

Who Thrives in This Role

Tree knowledge is not required. We will train you on species, care recommendations, and the technical side of the business. What we can't train is sales instinct, so that's what we're really hiring for:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in home services or in-home/on-site sales environment
• The ability to read a room — sensing what a customer actually needs, adjusting your pitch on the fly, and knowing when to push and when to listen
• A genuinely positive, upbeat attitude that customers pick up on the moment you show up
• A willingness to study up — you'll be expected to learn our tree care facts, pricing logic, and common customer questions well enough to speak with confidence on-site
• Confidence to handle tricky or unfamiliar situations on-site, balanced with the good judgment to know when to loop in the team
• Comfortable generating your own leads and door knocking — this matters especially in slower months
• A self-starter mentality, reliable vehicle (ideally a white vehicle but not required), valid license, and no issue driving around greater Nashville daily

Compensation & Perks

• 100% commission, uncapped: $75,000–$120,000+ annually for solid performers
• Base pay during your first month while you ramp up
• $500/month car allowance + gas reimbursement
