About the Role
ACC is hiring a Meat Cutter/Warehouse Team Member for our meat plant. You'll keep fresh product moving to our stores and, ultimately, to communities across rural Alaska — work that actually matters. We're looking for someone with food handling or warehousing experience who takes pride in doing the job right and treating customers well.

What You'll Do
- Keep warehouse operations running to company standard
- Handle daily USDA sanitation requirements
- Receive product accurately — down-stack goods, cross-check against invoices, and flag any shipping damage
- Store, handle, and rotate food products properly (oldest first, always dated correctly)
- Salvage usable portions of damaged merchandise
- Stay compliant with OSHA standards
- Deliver great customer service through clear communication and solid merchandising
What You Bring
- High school diploma/GED, or 1–3 months of related experience/training (or an equivalent mix of both)
- 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills (calculations, reading graphs)
Nice to have, not required:
- Meat cutting experience preferred — but we're willing to train the right person!
- Experience wrapping, weighing, labeling, and pricing meat cuts
- Food handling experience
- Forklift or electric pallet jack experience
