Community Association Manager (HOA)

Job Summary
Integrated Mountain Group is seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of Homeowners Associations and Condominium Communities. This role is responsible for supporting Boards of Directors, coordinating day-to-day association operations, managing vendor relationships, assisting with budgets and financial oversight, and helping communities run smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities, build positive relationships with board members and homeowners, and follow through on projects with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned communities, Boards of Directors, homeowners, and vendors.
• Coordinate and attend board and owner meetings, prepare agendas, provide updates, and assist with meeting minutes.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate follow-up on maintenance, compliance, and community appearance items.
• Assist with annual budget preparation, reserve planning, financial review, and tracking of association expenses.
• Review governing documents and support consistent administration of association rules, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate vendor bids, contracts, work orders, repairs, capital projects, and service follow-up.
• Respond to homeowner questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain organized association records, correspondence, reports, and project documentation.
• Support architectural review, covenant enforcement, insurance coordination, and other association management processes as needed.
• Stay current on community association best practices and applicable Colorado common interest community requirements.
Qualifications
• Prior community association management, (HOA) experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple communities, deadlines, and projects.
• Comfortable reviewing budgets, financial reports, contracts, governing documents, and meeting materials.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and remain composed under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn association management software.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to community sites.
• Availability for occasional evening board or owner meetings.
• Community association credentials or licensing, if applicable, are a plus.

Schedule and Work Location
This is a full-time position based in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, with local travel to assigned communities. Occasional evening meetings are required.
