Bilingual Customer Service Transportation
Location: 77015 – Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative serves as a key liaison between customers, drivers, and internal departments to ensure seamless daily operations. This role plays a critical part in supporting transportation and warehouse activities while maintaining high service standards, accuracy, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and drivers, providing timely and professional communication
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipping and receiving activities
- Monitor transportation schedules and warehouse workflows to ensure on-time service
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate documentation and system updates using company software
- Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and administrative teams to meet customer needs
- Support and uphold established safety standards and compliance practices
Qualifications
- Prior experience in logistics required
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Computer proficiency required
- SAP experience preferred
- Shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
